Lip reposition

Last follow up for lip reposition procedure after 10 months 

Patient cheif complain was gummy smile after proper diagnosis and facial analysis we found she had a short lip if you note gum is located mostly in the proper anatomical position according to esthetic equation teeth have accepted ratio ( width over length x100) so we decided to do lip reposition (deep lip reposition with internal muscle ligature technique) . Patient is so satisfied now 


 Preoperative image there is 8mm gingival displacement in duchenne smile (maximum smile)
