incision through frenulum and muscle flaring is done note after this photo internal incision and more flaring is done

Hazards of high frenulum attachment
  • Diastema and increase space between teeth
  • Food retention that may lead to periodontal disease and caries specially classVI 
  • interfering with speech 
  • gingival recession

Case report

 From 3 months ago patient come to clinic complaining from numbness in the lower left side of lip, trismus and  pain in the upper anterior area.
