Open flap depried ment of deep pockt



 Patient cheif complain pain in the upper right side, itching sensation and migration of tooth no#6 x ray and bone sounding is done.
We found that deep pocket mesial to tooth No 6 13mm tooth still vital
So decision is made to open flap depried ment and flashing with saline and Doxycycline patient instructions to maintenance her oral hygiene
recall after 10 days then 1 month patient is 
satisfied
