Case report
From 3 months ago patient come to clinic complaining from numbness in the lower left side of lip, trismus and pain in the upper anterior area. After patient examination and panorama inspection we discovered apical radiolucent lesion related to lower left second premolar (abcess) that we think it is main cause of numbness , so after our discussion with patient we agreed to Scaling root planing endo ttt of lower left 5 Coronotomy of lower left 8 because its position related to inferior alveolar nerve with the help of dr Mohamed Mofrih Management of caries related to upper teeth Follow up. After 3 months patient is satisfied numbness and trismus disappeared.
Frenotomy
referred case to solve high attachment of labial frenulum frenotomy was my choice Before incision through frenulum and muscle flaring is done note after this photo internal incision and more flaring is done Suturing Hazards of high frenulum attachment Diastema and increase space between teeth Food retention that may lead to periodontal disease and caries specially classVI interfering with speech gingival recession
